In a video shared by a Twitter user, Tinubu said that he does not login social media anymore because of the abuses hurled against him by Nigerian users.
The ruling party's presidential aspirant stated that whenever he reads people abusing him, he gets angry and almost have high blood pressure.
"I no read social media anymore. They abuse the hell out of me. If I read it I get high blood pressure. I get angry. I don't read it."
The APC candidate added that he only ask people to read social media posts for him in order to avoid high blood pressure and anger and that once he comes across annoying comments, he instructs the readers to stop.
"My children or any of my workers would tell me this boy said this. If I'm tired, I say, please forget it."
Reacting to the post, many Nigerians found his statement to be hilarious while others fear that he might opt to ban social media if he emerges winner of the Nigeria's 2023 presidential election.
